The 1960's

The 1960's was a decade of change,not only did Yorkshire lose the majority of it's steam by November 1967,but the huge increase in diesel locos was apparent throughout the decade. Sadly a high number of lines were closed during the Beeching cuts,severing many long standing connections in Yorkshire.
